Fully cooked 10-12 pound turkey fried or roasted
½ pan of green chili cornbread stuffing or old fashioned sage stuffing
Mashed potatoes and giblet gravy
Cranberries in Port Wine sauce
Choice of green bean casserolle, old fashioned green beans w/bacon & onion, spinach casserole or butternut squash puree.
1 Dozen Rolls

Your choice of either Blue Ribbon Pecan Pie, Rum Cream Pie, Dutch Apple Pie, or
Pumpkin Pie

Feeds 10-12 people

Fully cooked 14-16 pound turkey fried or roasted
½ pan of green chili cornbread stuffing and ½ pan of old fashioned sage stuffing.

½ Full pan of chestnut and sausage stuffing
Oven roasted rosemary potatoes
Cranberries in Port Wine sauce
Haricot Vert with peppered bacon and onion
1 Dozen Rolls
Your choice of 1 pie, either Blue Ribbon Pecan, Rum Cream , Dutch Apple Pie, or
Pumpkin.

Roasted brussel sprouts, homemade Creme Fraiche
