Blue Cheese Soufflé Stuffed Mushrooms Caps: Served with a red grape garnish. Serves 20 people: $45.00

Say Cheese: Mini pastry wrapped Brie filled with thinly sliced Roma tomatoes, prosciutto and basil. Freshly baked ricotta cheese with fennel seed crust. Warm sliced mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes, and garlic with extra virgin olive oil. All served with crusty French bread. Serves 35 people: $125.00

Brie en Croute: Pastry wrapped Brie cheese and pesto, topped with pine nuts and baked. Served with sliced baguettes. Serves 30 people: $80.00

Cheese and Shallot Stuffed Mushrooms: Mushroom caps stuffed with cheese, shallots, and parsley. Baked until hot and bubbly. Serves 15 people: $45.00

Spinach and Mushroom Quesadillas: Tortillas stuffed with fresh spinach, mushrooms and Monterey Jack cheese. Served with a side of sour cream and salsa. Serves 25 people: $55.00

Cheese Tortellini: Cheese stuffed tortellini pasta in a basil cream sauce. Serves 30 people: $50.00

Bacon, Tomato and Cheddar Mini Quiche: Mini quiche shells filled with bacon, tomato concasse, and cheddar cheese. Serves 15 people: $40.00

Spinach and Feta Cheese Mini Quiche: Mini quiche shells filled with fresh spinach and feta cheese. Serves 15 people: $40.00

Porcini Mushroom Tartlets: Porcini and domestic mushrooms sautéed with fresh herbs, served in puff pastry. Serves 25 people: $50.00

Sun Dried Tomato and Goat Cheese Puffs: Pastry filled with sun dried tomatoes, goat cheese and special seasonings. Serves 15 people: $40.00
